As a receptionist you are primarily responsible for welcoming, informing and checking in/out our hotel guests. Furthermore, of course you also have to take care of the administrative side that follows from the check-in/out of hotel guests. Apart from these 2 tasks, there are a few more tasks that belong to your package:
-> Create invoices and process them correctly for accounting purposes
-> Informing customers about our hotel and the city of Maaseik
Knowledge of social media, marketing and sales is a big plus!

-> You speak German, French & English.
-> You can work well with a computer.
-> You are friendly, spontaneous and sociable
